By creating an account, browsing lessons, or purchasing subscriptions on EduraCore (https://www.eduracore.com), you enter into a legally binding agreement with EduraCore. If you are under 18 years of age, you confirm that you have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian to use our platform.

2Account Security & Single-User License

• Single-User Personal License: Each EduraCore account is issued exclusively for individual learning. Sharing login credentials, reselling access, or running commercial group screenings without written license is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate Registration: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information (such as real name and verifiable email address).
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password and session credentials. You agree to immediately notify our support team of any unauthorized account activity.

4Payment & Digital Goods Refund Policy

• •All subscription fees are payable through authorized mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) or secure online payment gateways.

  Digital Product Policy:

  Because premium membership provides immediate digital access to proprietary course content, vocabulary banks, and AI scoring algorithms, payments are generally non-refundable once content has been unlocked. However, if a technical glitch prevents access following a successful payment, our support team will resolve it or provide appropriate adjustment upon receiving your payment Transaction ID (TrxID) at contact@eduracore.com.

5Acceptable Use & Community Code of Conduct

To maintain an inspiring, safe, and academically honest environment, you agree not to:

• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or exploit vulnerability scanners against EduraCore systems.
• Use automated scrapers, headless bots, or unauthorized scripts to extract curriculum content or bypass rate limiters.
• Submit abusive, defamatory, sexually explicit, hateful, or infringing text/audio in writing exercises or practice rooms.
• Impersonate any other learner, teacher, administrator, or EduraCore official.

6AI-Assisted Evaluation & Educational Disclaimer

Our Spoken and Free Writing evaluations are powered by advanced educational AI (including Google Gemini API):

• AI feedback, fluency scores, and CEFR estimates serve as educational practice tools. They do not constitute an official IELTS™, TOEFL™, or Cambridge assessment certificate.
• Our academic panel continually refines question benchmarks to ensure high scoring accuracy and helpful grammar suggestions.

7Intellectual Property Rights

• All educational curricula, audio recordings, interactive exercises, codebases, graphics, logos, and digital certificates are the exclusive intellectual property of EduraCore.
• You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license for personal educational growth. Commercial reproduction, redistribution, or unauthorized mirroring of our content is prohibited.

8Account Termination & 30-Day Deletion Policy

You may request deletion of your account at any time through your Student Dashboard Settings. When requested, a 30-day grace period begins during which your account is deactivated. You may log in at any time within those 30 days to cancel the deletion. If 30 days elapse without a login, your account and all associated Personal Identifiable Information (PII) are permanently and irreversibly purged from our database.
